Reservoir is our traditional espresso, roasted longer and slower to make a very smooth finishing espresso.  We select lower acidity coffees to build a solid base of sweetness and highlight sugar caramelization in the roast process.  This blend is perfect for anyone desiring a smooth, chocolatey espresso.
