Producer Oliver Cortez and his family grow this lot of San Bernardo variety on their farm in the Tello area of Huila, Colombia. They extend the fermentation process of this natural to 120 hours, pushing the fruitiness of the flavor profile. The coffee is finished with high bed or canopy drying for 15 days.

From the high elevations of Huila, Oliver Cortez produces this dynamic San Bernardo natural process. We keep the roast light on this coffee to highlight the juicy fruit tones and complexity.
