Jorge Eliecer Hurtado, Hugo Arias and Ismael Herrera all contributed coffee to this lot as part of an association. Their farms are located in the central mountain range of the Andes and are bounded by the Magdalena River on the east and the Cauca River on the west. This incredible natural process lot was dried on raised beds for 30 days. The result is an incredibly interesting, intense cup full of fruit tones and sweetness.
