Story
Benedicto Cotrina owns Finca El Cedro, a 6-hectare farm in the heart of the Cajamarca region of Peru. Like many of the members of the cooperative Lima Coffees, Benedicto has organic certification for this farm, and grows the coffee under a cover of shade. Coffee is picked ripe and depulped, then dry-fermented before being washed three times.

Organic, shade-grown coffee from Finca El Cedro in Cajamarca. Ripe-picked, dry-fermented, and triple washed for a clean, structured cup.
