San Jose Ocaña - Guatemala
Story
San José Ocaña, located in San Juan Sacatepéquez, Guatemala, spans 175 hectares (85 for coffee, the rest for forestry and conservation) at 1800-1955 meters. Managed by Guillermo Sanchez, whose family founded it in 1910, the farm evolved from forestry to high-end specialty coffee thanks to its altitude, clay-rich soil, and varieties. Shade trees include Grevillea and native pines. Committed to full sustainability, San José Ocaña reuses everything it produces to ensure exceptional coffee quality.
Description
